(BOISE) – The public has until Oct. 26 to weigh in on State Superintendent Tom Luna’s education reforms, as well as rule changes for public education. One of the proposed rules requires district negotiations with personnel to conform to Idaho’s Open Meeting Law. Under Luna’s reforms, such talks have to be conducted publicly. To submit a comment, visit www.sde.idaho.gov.
