Ron Paul Campaigns in Idaho

(TWIN FALLS) – Republican Presidential hopeful Ron Paul was in Twin Falls Thursday, rallying for support among Gem State voters. Paul echoed the message he’s been sharing for years – calling for huge cuts to the federal government, and stopping the war on drugs. Paul has strong support among Idaho Republicans, who picked him as their top candidate in a straw poll earlier this year. Paul jumped a the chance to campaign in Idaho after candidate Rick Santorum held rallies in Coeur d’Alene and Boise. Mitt Romney is slated to hold a fundraiser in Boise today.
