(YELLOWSTONE, N.P.) – A plan to impose a 1-cent sales tax inYellowstoneNational Parkto raise money for park infrastructure has failed to pass muster with the Wyoming Legislature.  A Park Service spokesman said he’d never known of an instance where a state dedicated its sales tax revenue to a national park.  Opponents argued thatWyomingisn’t responsible forYellowstone’s maintenance.
