Viles’ Preliminary Hearing Rescheduled

(POCATELLO) – A Pocatello man accused of beating his six-year-old son to death two weeks ago was in court Thursday. KPVI reports that Anthony Blake Viles’ attorney asked for a gag order, contending that Viles would have a difficult time getting a fair trial when media outlets have access to certain court records. Prosecutors counter that it’s a fundamental right for the public to be informed. Viles’ preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for June 28.
