Pair Faces Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

(BONNEVILLE COUNTY) – Two Montana residents are facing felony drug charges after a traffic stop on I-15 near Osgood Tuesday. 19-year-old Kelli Jo Cicon and 23-year-old Daniel James Stark were found with over 100 unprescribed depressant pills and painkillers, along with a half-gram of heroin. Idaho State Police say they also found a 9 mm handgun and other drug paraphernalia. Investigators say Stark was wanted on a warrant out of Bannock County.
