(DAMASCUS, Syria) — Two children died on Saturday during mortar attacks, and one was an eight-year-old Bedouin refugee who fled to Lebanon with her family to escape from the conflict, according to the Telegraph.
President Bashir al-Assad loyalists have been known to kill people who try fleeing Syria illegally.
There have been rising tensions among the people for and against al-Assad within different cities in Lebanon.
