Hoku Back in Court

(POCATELLO) – Hoku was back in court Monday afternoon as the “green energy” manufacturer continues its restructuring process. KPVI reports that the company filed a motion for consolidation amid claims against it from contractors who haven’t been paid for their work on the Pocatello plant. The company is also planning on filing paperwork to delist its stock from NASDAQ.
