(LOS ANGELES) — A published report in the U.K. this week claimed that Bruce Willis is considering legal action against Apple because he wants to bequeath his digital music collection to his daughters once he dies. As it stands now, he wouldn’t be able to do that under Apple’s terms and conditions that customers agree to when they purchase music.
Reportedly, the 57-year-old Expendables 2 star sought to establish a family trust as the owner of his music.
A Bruce Willis vs. Apple legal battle would have been interesting, to say the least, but it’s not going to happen. When a person on Twitter wrote to Willis’ wife, Emma Heming-Willis, and mentioned the report, she replied, “It’s not a true story.”
Willis has three adult daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore, plus a baby girl with Heming-Willis.
