Gym Teacher Charged With Lewd Conduct

(MOUNTAIN HOME) – A middle school gym teacher is being charged with lewd conduct after being accused of sexually abusing a minor. 42-year-old Grant Alyn Bothen of Eagle turned himself in on Wednesday after a warrant for his arrest was issued. Investigators say the crime occurred at a home inBoisesometime between January and May of this year. Bothen had been a gym teacher atHackerMiddle Schooland is still employed by the district, but “not currently in the classroom.”
