Smell of Marijuana Leads to Bust

(POCATELLO, ID) – A man was arrested Saturday night after a Pocatello Police officer smelled marijuana coming from a car. 24-year-old Zachery Kinney had several bags of marijuana and hashish, as well as other paraphernalia stored in a backpack inside the car. Police say Kinney began shaking when they opened the truck. Officers also found a loaded 9 mm handgun with three magazines hidden in the vehicle. He was later booked into the Bannock County Jail on possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.
