Snipes, best known as playing the vampire and vampire hunter Blade in the movie trilogy of the same name, did not file his tax returns for over a decade, according to prosecutors. He owed the government millions of dollars in taxes.

He was jailed in Pennsylvania in 2010, but now the 50-year-old actor has to endure four months of house arrest to finish up his three year sentence.

Snipes lived in Florida at the time of his arrest, but court documents show that he’ll be under the supervision of the New York Community Corrections Office, indicating that Snipes might reside in the Bronx, Brooklyn, or New Jersey during his house arrest.
