In legal documents obtained by E! News, D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries is suing Lohan for $5 million for breach-of-contract.

The clothing company claims that despite initial success in department stores, the 27-year-old’s fashionable leggings failed to appeal to buyers who “did not want to be associated with Lohan’s drug-addled image.”

The suit, which was filed last Friday, also claims that starting in 2011 “no one would touch the line.”

Previously, the Mean Girls star sued D.N.A.M., claiming in her lawsuit that she and her partner did not receive the full amount in royalties they are owed from their agreement with the company.  They are seeking more than $1.1 million in damages.

Lohan is currently checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., for a mandatory 90-day stint in connection with her car crash case.
