(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man was arrested on two felony charges early Sunday. 55-year-old James Newman was found passed out in his vehicle at the Maverik station on Sunnyside and Yellowstone. Officers say the car was still running with the music blaring loudly. Newman was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time, and reportedly pushed one of the officers during his arrest. Newman had two previous DUI convictions in the last ten years, which results in an automatic felony charge on the third offense
