(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  In the wake of recent revelations concerning the National Security Agency given to the British newspaper, The Guardian by Whistle-blower Edward Snowden; there has been a cry for transparency in government by Americans.    The NSA has been around since the Truman administration in the early 50’s, and was put in place to gather information from and to use against the enemies of this country.    Stephen J.
