Viral Video Star Lands Major Movie Role

David Livingston/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Ten-year-old YouTube star and frequent Ellen DeGeneres Show guest Sophia Grace Brownlee is making the jump to the big screen in Disney’s movie musical Into the Woods, her uncle Lucas Brownlee announced via Twitter on Wednesday.
“It’s official,” the post reads, “@PrincessSGB has landed the part of little red riding hood.”
The film features an all-star cast that includes Meryl Streep, Johnny Depp, Emily Blunt, Anna Kendrick, Christine Baranski and Chris Pine.
Into the Woods is set for December 2014 release.
