Marvin McDonald

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man is in custody after biting a police officer.  Authorities responded to a call on the 600-block of North Fanning Way Sunday after receiving a report about a man with a gun. 24-year-old Marvin McDonald is accused of taking a woman’s phone so she couldn’t alert police, then forcing her friends to leave. When officers arrived, McDonald allegedly resisted arrest and bit a patrolman in the process. McDonald, who faces multiple felony charges of assault and battery, remains in the Bonneville County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
