(POCATELLO, ID) – A Pocatello teen who ran away from the Bannock County Youth Development Center Jan. 21 has been located. Authorities say the boy bolted out of the building after being told that he was going to jail. In spite of wearing only one shoe, deputies were unable to find the teen. Police were able to track down the boy in Shelley last Wednesday, after more than a week on the run. The suspect’s name is not being released because of his age, though he will face additional criminal charges related to his escape.
