Twitter Gets Nostalgic on Eighth Anniversary of First Tweet

On March 21, 2006, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey tweeted, “just setting up my twttr.”
Since then, the social network has grown exponentially, pumping out millions of tweets a day.
To celebrate Friday’s milestone, Twitter is allowing users to go back and check out their first post on the social network. Users can also see the first tweets from their friends and favorite celebrities.
