Vatican Issues Euro Coins Featuring Pope Francis

neneos/Getty Images(ROME) — The Vatican on Monday issued a new series of euro coins featuring the image of Pope Francis.
The coins range from the one cent to the two euro coin used in cash transactions throughout Europe. Sets with 50 euro coins and a one-and-a-half ounce gold coin are also available, some for as much as $4,000.
The Vatican is also selling bronze and silver medallions of former Popes John Paul the Second and John the 23rd.
