(SHELLEY, ID) – Golden Valley Natural broke ground on a new multi-million-dollar facility in Shelley Monday. The meat production company, which already has a plant in Idaho Falls, will expand its jerky making operation through a 200,000-square-foot building that could bring as many as 200 new jobs to the area. Executives say they’re already accepting applications for new jobs ranging from entry-level minimum wage positions to advertising, marketing, and administration.
