One Killed in Jefferson County Crash

(ROBERTS, ID) – A Roberts man died in a motorcycle crash in Jefferson County Friday night. Twenty-eight-year-old Fernando Gonzales was headed home on State Highway 48 when he lost control of his bike just before 11:30 p.m. The accident happened about three miles east of Roberts. Idaho State Police say Gonzales, who was not wearing a helmet, failed to negotiate a slight curve in the road and drove off the highway.
