“Glee” Star Becca Tobin Breaks Her Silence on Death of Boyfriend

Vince Bucci/FOX (NEW YORK) — Glee actress Becca Tobin has broken her silence on the death of boyfriend Matt Bendik on July 10 in a Philadelphia hotel. He was only 35 years old. Tobin took to Instagram Saturday to thank those who’ve been there for her during this difficult time, and she posted a picture of her and Bendik.
The 28-year-old captioned the photo, “Thank you all for the love and support. Matt was the most extraordinary man I knew and he will live in my heart forever.”
Tobin plays Kitty Wilde on the Fox series.
An autopsy was conducted on Bendick, but the cause of death still remains unknown. Bendik died almost one year to the day after the passing of Cory Monteith. Monteith died of a heroin overdose in a Vancouver hotel room last July at the age of 31.
