Petition to Recall Prosecutor Filed

Rigby, Idaho  — A petition to recall Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney Robin Dunn was turned into the county Tuesday night. The County Clerk’s office now has 15 days to verify the more than 3,500 signatures.

Organizers of the petition say Dunn has made too many questionable decisions that have been detrimental to the county. Dunn has held the position for more than three decades.
