Iggy Azalea Fires Back After Papa John’s Driver Gives Out Her Number
Published at(LOS ANGELES) — All Iggy Azalea wanted was a pizza, but she got unexpected texts instead.
After ordering from Papa John’s recently, the rapper said that the delivery driver allegedly gave out her number to a family member, who then texted her.
“@PapaJohns I ordered a cheese pizza but instead I got tons of calls and messages like this one,” she wrote Sunday, next to a picture of a text from a relative of the driver, claiming to be a fan who wanted a text back.

She continued, “.@PapaJohns was my favorite pizza but the drivers they use give out your personal phone number to their family members.”

And the supervisors at @PapaJohns refuse to send pictures of their employess so you can identify who it is that steals your information

Papa John’s apologized for the incident, but made a joke, citing a lyric from one of her songs.
“@iggyazalea #We should have known better. Customer and employee privacy is important to us. Please don’t #bounce us!” the pizza chain wrote.

Azalea was not happy with the joke and later on in the night, Azalea wanted to know how they planned to rectify such a breach of privacy.
@PapaJohns I don’t think data breach is funny. I expect you to contact me to explain how you are going to rectify your breach

The “Fancy” rapper also made some good points in her concern about how her information was being handled.
“When an employee steals information it’s called data breach. It’s illegal. There are steps a corporation is supposed to follow afterward,” she wrote. “They don’t include tweeting out song lyrics to the customer making the complaint, it’s really unprofessional. I want a real answer.”
I see some of the more mentally challenged blogs think I’m having a war with papa johns. No, I just want answers & they have none.

They are a company that retains your address, name, number & CREDIT card information, expiration cvc number etc.

A lot of damage can be done if that falls into the wrong hands, we give them this information with the expectation it remains confidential.

She also mentioned that she might “want to get a new credit card too.”
As for the joke, she gave a comparison involving T-Mobile.
If someone at T-Mobile got your # after you paid a bill and started calling over and over, you’d expect a real resolution via the company.

You wouldn’t expect a tweet that said something like “uh oh! Don’t let him use up all your minutes girl!” From the company.

Azalea had some sense of humor about it, posted a joke from DiGiorno.
.@IGGYAZALEA delivery. smh

A request for comment from Azalea was not immediately returned to ABC News.
