One Killed in Copenhagen Shooting
Published at(COPENHAGEN, Denmark) — Shots were reportedly fired at a free-speech event in Copenhagen on Saturday.
Danish police say that shots were fired near a cafe at about 4 p.m. Saturday local time. The suspected shooters are believed to have fled the scene in a dark-colored Volkswagen Polo.
The event was planned by Swedish author and cartoonish Lars Vilks.
French Ambassador to Denmark Francois Zimeray was reportedly in attendance. He tweeted Saturday that he was in the room but was apparently unharmed.

Police say an unspecified number of people were injured in the shooting and one unidentified man was killed.
