State Department Official Facing New Batch of Voyeurism, Stalking Charges
Published at(WASHINGTON) — A State Department official is facing more scandal and new charges after police found voyeuristic videos of women on his cell phone.
Daniel Rosen, who was charged earlier this year with soliciting a juvenile for sex in Fairfax County, Virginia, has been charged in Washington, D.C. with voyeurism and stalking, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in D.C.
Rosen, 44, will make an initial appearance in D.C. Superior Court later Monday.
Bill Miller of the U.S. Attorney’s office said a search of Rosen’s cell phone after his arrest in Virginia revealed video files that depicted many acts of voyeurism.
Rosen was put on administrative leave from the State Department after his first arrest in February.
