Suicide Car Bomb in Afghanistan Leaves Four Dead

iStock/Thinkstock(KABUL, Afghanistan) — A suicide car bomb in eastern Afghanistan Friday left four civilians dead and 12 others injured, according to a police spokesperson.
The suicide attacker was targeting an American military convoy in Jalalabad. The spokesperson said the service members suffered no casualties.
The Taliban has since claimed responsibility for the attack.
