Olympic Sailor Trevor Moore Missing off Florida Coast

Minertree/iStock/Thinkstock(MIAMI) — Search-and-rescue crews with the Coast Guard are searching for a missing Olympic sailor in the vicinity of Biscayne Bay on Florida.
Officials say that Trevor Moore, 30, of Naples, Florida, and former member of the 2012 U.S. Olympic sailing team went missing on Thursday.
Around 6 p.m. on Thursday, officials at Coast Guard Sector Miami received a report of an unmanned inflatable dinghy adrift in Dinner Key, Florida, with Moore’s personal belongings onboard.
An MH-65 helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station Miami and a smallboat crew from Station Miami Beach, Florida, have been searching for Moore.
Officials say that he was last seen wearing a dark shirt and swim shorts.
