A spokesperson for Syfy tells Entertainment Weekly that Fogle’s appearance in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! has been cut.

Fogle previously made a cameo in last year’s Sharknado 2: The Second One.

Law enforcement agents raided Fogle’s Zionsville, Indiana, home Tuesday morning as part of an ongoing investigation into child pornography, according to two sources briefed on the investigation. The officials told ABC News that this investigation is an offshoot of the May arrest of Russell Taylor, the then-executive director of Fogle’s charity devoted to children’s health.

Following the search, Subway announced it has suspended its relationship with Fogle.

Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! premieres July 22 on Syfy.
