REXBURG — Following months of discussion and negotiation, Valley Wide Cooperative and Valley Co-ops, Inc. have agreed to merge. Both companies expressed the benefits of continued growth and stability for the company as well as greater relevance in a highly competitive market.
Eric Holbrook, Valley Wide marketing manager, says that all locations will operate under the Valley Wide cooperative name and will benefit from all three of their divisions.
