Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker Sinks Into Turf During Attempted Field Goal

Patrick Smith/Getty Images(SANTA CLARA, Calif.) — The turf at Levi’s Stadium practically swallowed Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker mid-kick.
On Sunday in a game against the San Francisco 49ers, Tucker went in for the kick for a 45-yard field goal when his planted foot got stuck in the turf.
According to ESPN, this marked the third miss of the second-most accurate kicker in the National Football League in his last 10 attempts.
Many fans are blaming Levi’s Stadium’s turf, which isn’t good for the NFL considering the year-old and $1.4 billion stadium is set to host the next Super Bowl.
