IDAHO FALLS – Comfort Care Dental will offer free emergency care for those in need on Saturday, Dec. 12.
This is the eleventh year the dental practice has provided services as part of their “Smiles for Santa” campaign.
This year, for the first time, Comfort Care in Pocatello will participate in the event.
Workers will offer one free filling or one free extraction to those in need on a first come, first serve
basis from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Dentists recommended that people arrive early.
Comfort Care Dental began offering free dental day in 2004 as a way to give back to the community during the holiday season. Over the years, the practice has helped over 1200 people in need and donated approximately $300,000 in services.
“We know that people need these services but can’t afford them,” said Dr. Phil Harper. “This free dental day is a way we feel like we can give back to our community we love.”
Comfort Care Dental is located in Idaho Falls at 3550 Washington Parkway and in Pocatello at 485 East Alameda.
