Pocatello man charged with battery, possession of meth
Published at | Updated atPOCATELLO — A Pocatello man was arrested Wednesday following an incident in the 700 block of West Alameda Road.
David Seth Stephenson, 23, was charged with battery and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
According to police, Stephenson was involved in a fight with two other individuals, and a syringe containing meth was found during that investigation.
Bond in the case was set at $10,000, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 9.
