IDAHO FALLS — An Idaho Falls couple had some assistance from a national television show in finding their perfect home.

The HGTV series “House Hunters” filmed an episode last fall of David and Sharilyn Hackett. The episode is set to air Monday evening (June 5).

“House Hunters” is a show that follows individuals, couples or families though their house buying journey. During the episode viewers learn about the featured people, where they live, and their wish lists. They are then guided through three different houses by a real estate agent.

Toward the end of the episode, they review what was liked and disliked about each home, and then a final home is chosen.
