PRESTON — A local woman was found dead in the Foster Reservoir Friday.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a body at the reservoir at 4:05 p.m. Friday. Deputies discovered the body of 34-year-old Amanda Sue Winger at the scene. Her death was ruled a suicide, according to a social media post by the sheriff’s office.
Due to the nature of the death, no other information will be released on this case.
The case is under investigation by the sheriff’s office and the Franklin County Coroner’s Office.
