IDAHO FALLS — Idaho Falls Police and the Idaho Falls Fire Department pulled a white vehicle out of the Snake River near Freeman Park on Sunday afternoon.

Authorities responded to the area after a fisherman spotted a vehicle in the water from his boat and alerted police at about 2 p.m. Sunday.

Idaho Falls spokeswoman Kerry Hammon confirmed the vehicle was discovered, but that no one was inside.

At this time, it’s unclear how long the vehicle was in the river, or where it entered the river.
