Multiple guns and drugs seized as nearly a dozen people are arrested in bust

BLACKFOOT — On Nov. 13, the Blackfoot Police Department and the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office served three search warrants and multiple arrest warrants. These warrants were the result of ongoing drug investigations that started in February of this year.

Several agencies assisted in the warrant service and arrests. Those agencies include Blackfoot Police Department, Bingham County Sheriff’s Office, Bannock County Sheriff’s Office, Caribou County Sheriff’s Office, Power County Sheriff’s Office, Shelley Police Department, Chubbuck Police Department, Pocatello Police Department, U.S. Forest Service, and the Bear River Task Force. Due to the potentially high risk on serving the warrants, the STAR team was called out to secure the houses for additional resources to search the homes.

The first warrant was served at a residence on Doud Street in Blackfoot.

Those arrested at that location with the following charges are:

David Alan Breshears, 49, Blackfoot

4 Counts Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Meth)-Felony
1 Possession of Meth with the intent to deliver-Felony
1 Possession of Marijuana with the intent to deliver-Felony

Mary Angela Breshears, 50, Blackfoot

1 Possession of Meth with the intent to deliver-Felony
1 Possession of Marijuana with the intent to deliver-Felony

Isaac Joseph Breshears, 18, Blackfoot

1 Possession of drug paraphernalia-Misdemeanor
1 Possession of controlled substance, marijuana- Misdemeanor

The second warrant was served at a residence on Tabor Road. Arrested and charged as follows was:

Holly Leigh Roll, 42, Blackfoot

5 Counts Delivery of a controlled substance Meth-Felony
1 Possession of a controlled substance Meth- Felony
1 Count of Possession of drug Paraphernalia-Misdemeanor

The third warrant was served at a residence on Lilac. Those arrested and charged are:

Sasha Wynn, 23, Blackfoot

4 counts Delivery of a controlled substance (meth)-Felony
1 Possession of a controlled substance (meth)-Felony

Rick Dee Wynn, 58, Blackfoot

3 Counts Delivery of a controlled substance (meth)-Felony
1 Possession of a controlled substance Meth- Felony
1 Convicted Felon in Possession of a firearm-Felony

Andy Metz, 37, Blackfoot

1 Possession of drug paraphernalia- Misdemeanor
1 Frequenting a location were drugs are used-Misdemeanor

Cameron P. Perkins, 42, Blackfoot

1 Frequenting a location were drugs are used-Misdemeanor

James C. Thomas Jr, 25, Blackfoot

1 Frequenting a place where drugs are used- Misdemeanor

Joseph A. Butner, 40, Chubbuck

1 Frequenting a place where drugs are used-Misdemeanor

Also arrested on a warrant was Zachary Barrett, 40, Blackfoot. He is charged with 3 counts of delivery of a controlled substance (meth) – Felony.

All the evidence from each search is still being processed.

Multiple guns and drug paraphernalia as well as some drugs were seized.
