IDAHO FALLS — Tai Pan Trading is permanently closing its Idaho Falls location and liquidating all inventory.

The home decor store, located at 1568 E. 17th Street, opened two years ago and was the second Tai Pan Trading in Idaho. The Boise location is also closing, along with the Orem, Utah store.

Everything in the Idaho Falls store is 60 percent off, according to a Tai Pan Trading Facebook post. Lighting, fixtures, display items, mirrors, tables, shelving units and all other items will be sold.

“All inventory from Boise and Orem will be coming to the Idaho Falls store starting this coming week…so stop by often because we will be getting more stuff weekly!,” a post from the company reads.

Tai-Pan describes itself as “an importer of quality home décor products at affordable prices.” The company started in 1979 as a wholesale floral supplier, in a small space with two cash registers and very few parking stalls.
