IDAHO FALLS — A Ucon man was arrested for aggravated assault after police say he fired a gun at two separate locations early Sunday morning.

Jesus F. Munoz-Razo, 21, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail after officers were called to McDonald’s at 1485 W. Broadway Street around midnight.

Police were told a man had fired a gun and left in a vehicle. Numerous witnesses indicated that the shooter was traveling eastbound.

While officers were on the scene, a second man called police and said the same suspect fired a gun at his car after they had been involved in a physical altercation.

With the help of Idaho State Police, Munoz-Razo was stopped and taken to the police station by Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

No injured were reported.
