UPDATE:

IDAHO FALLS — Police have released the names of those involved in a crash Monday afternoon on Yellowstone Highway south of Idaho Falls.

The crash happened around 12:45 p.m. as Richard Smith, 49, of Idaho Falls, pulled out of a driveway in a 2008 Ford Fusion, according to an Idaho State Police News release. As Smith drove onto the Highway, Jessica Cline, 27, of Shelley drove southbound in her 1999 Chevrolet Suburban.

The crash blocked the southbound lanes for about 40 minutes while crews cleaned up the scene.
