Pedestrian killed in fatal crash on ID-50

The following is a news release from the Idaho State Police.
KIMBERLY — Idaho State Police are investigating a vehicle verses pedestrian collision that occurred on Idaho Highway 50 in Twin Falls County.
The crash occurred at mile post 0.03, east of Kimberly at 4 a.m. Monday.
A 2010 Chrysler Town and Country, driven by a 53-year-old female from Hansen, was driving westbound on ID-50 when she collided with a pedestrian walking eastbound in the lane of travel.
The pedestrian, a 33-year old male from Burley, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The driver was wearing a seatbelt and was not transported.
Neither the driver or pedestrian has been identified.
All lanes were blocked for approximately three hours.
