The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local Secret Santa give $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season.

Tia and Brian have had a rough year. She recently gave birth to a little boy who, due to various complications, passed away eight hours after delivery. Their 5-year-old son has special needs and they have a two-year-old daughter.

It has been a struggle for their family to cover the funeral and cemetery expenses. They live with Brian’s dad, who has also been undergoing cancer treatments off and on.

This family never asked for handouts of any kind and tries to do the best they can with their given situation.

Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to go surprise Tia and Brian with an early Christmas gift. We caught them as they were leaving the house. Check out the surprise in the video player above!
