7 people arrested as search warrant is served in Pocatello drug investigation

POCATELLO — Seven people were taken into custody early Thursday morning after the Pocatello Police Department tactical team served a high-risk search warrant as part of a multi-agency narcotics investigation.
The warrant was executed in the 1100 block of East Clark Street around dawn, according to a police department news release. The operation was carried out in coordination with the Idaho State Police and the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office.
All seven individuals were booked into the Bannock County Jail. Authorities say there is no ongoing threat to the public as the investigation continues.
