A lost notebook, a little kindness and a fun Feel Good Friday surprise for a restaurant employee

We recently received an email about a restaurant employee who went above and beyond to help track down a customer who left an important item behind. It said:

A Burly Burger employee named Murphy found a customer’s calendar/notebook. It didn’t have any identifying information in it, but it did have a doctor’s appointment listed. Murphy called our office and we were able to discern, from the doctor’s name and appointment time, the person was who had lost the notebook. I called the patient and she was very grateful and said it was sweet that the restaurant employee took the time to try and find who had lost it. It had recipes and other fun tidbits in it.
