IDAHO FALLS — The Freedom 250 Mobile Museum with a full-interactive experience, will be at the Bonneville County Fairgrounds from August 8-10.

Coming from Washington D.C., the museum on wheels will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to an Idaho Falls news release.

The free museum is focused on creating a family-friendly experience on the founding of the United States. Activities within the 80 foot museum include signing the Declaration of Independence, tributes to heroes, authentic artifacts, and so much more.

“We invite everyone to come experience the story of America in an engaging, family-friendly way,” America250 in Idaho Service Ambassador and Idaho Falls JustServe Specialist Susan Stucki says in the release.

The Daughters of the Revolution will be offering activities for children at the museum on August 8 during opening hours. Patriot Spuddy Buddies will also be there for photos during this time.

“This is a meaningful opportunity for our community to remember the people, principles, and sacrifices that helped forge the nation we call home,” Stucki says.
