School canceled at Fox Hollow Elementary in Idaho Falls Monday due to mechanical issue

IDAHO FALLS — Classes at Fox Hollow Elementary in Idaho Falls were abruptly canceled Monday due to a mechanical problem.
The issue caused smoke to fill one of the hallways, according to a message from Idaho Falls School District 91.
“For the safety of our students and staff, they should not be in the building until the repair is made and the smoke has cleared,” the statement said.
Parents were asked to pick up their children and the district says that school will resume as usual on Tuesday.
