Tonight on Courtroom Insider, we take you inside the Caleb Flynn case ahead of jury selection. You’ll hear the emotional 911 call he made after his wife, Ashley, was shot to death and watch extensive police bodycam footage we obtained from the chaotic hours that followed.
The video captures Flynn sobbing, becoming physically sick, calling his mother and breaking the news to Ashley’s mother.
Days later, cameras were rolling again when Flynn walked into the police station and learned he was being arrested for his wife’s murder.
Jury selection begins Thursday and tonight, Nate Eaton examines the video, the evidence and the questions a jury will soon have to confront.
