A major development in the Lindsay Clancy jury deliberations. The group has been deliberating for six days and on Thursday afternoon, the judge received a note about one of the jurors.

Each juror was called in, questioned in front of the judge, prosecution, Clancy and her attorney – and then the judge read them an instruction.

Kevin Reddington was agitated and, after the judge gave the jurors an instruction about reasonable doubt, asked the judge to remove a juror from the group.

It was an unexpected development that could change the course of the trial.

Tonight on Courtroom Insider, Nate Eaton breaks it all down with:

  • Grace Wong: she was inside the courtroom during the explosive moment
  • Greg Derr: the pool photographer who has captured images throughout the trial
  • Joseph Krowski, Jr.: a Boston-based defense attorney
  • Rachel Smith: a special prosecutor who has argued cases that have resulted in hung juries
