BLACKFOOT — Roaring engines, clouds of smoke and plenty of horsepower took over the Eastern Idaho State Fair on Sunday night as competitors battled it out during the annual Western Truck and Tractor Pulls.
Fans packed the grandstands to watch open-class machines, modified trucks and powerful pulling tractors thunder down the track. Even wind and rain couldn’t put the brakes on the action, with spectators sticking around through the changing weather for one of the fair’s most popular motorsports traditions.
Here is a gallery of pictures from photographer Kyle Riley.
