Will Lori Vallow Daybell get a new trial? That’s the question the Idaho Supreme Court will consider at her appellate hearing on Monday.
Daybell’s attorney will present argument for 20 minutes, followed by state attorneys who will also be given 20 minutes. Justices will ask questions and are then expected to issue a written decision within the next few months.
